The grapes were received at the winery on a dedicated line, undergoing total destemming and manual bunch selection, followed by optical sorting—berry by berry. Vinification took place in *lagares* (traditional open-top vats), involving pre-fermentation maceration and temperature control.
Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels (300 and 500 liters).
This single-vineyard Touriga Nacional displays a deep violet color. The aroma is exuberant, featuring highly expressive ripe fruit notes, with black plum and sour cherry standing out. On the palate, it impresses with its balance and seductive tannins. The finish is fresh, long, and fruit-forward.
It pairs perfectly with intense cheeses, spicy dishes, and game. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
