 How can I make a purchase?

Making a purchase on WineSpiritus.com is very simple and fast. The fields allow filtering to find your choice in a few clicks. Follow the following steps:

- Browse through the various areas of the site to find the product you are looking for;

- Enter the amount you wish to purchase adding to the shopping cart;

- If you want to finalize the purchase you may do by accessing the shopping cart. To continue shopping click purchasing;

- When you have finished shopping click "Start buying process";

- If you have not registered as customer you will have to do the login first and then may proceed with the purchase;

- Confirm all data with particular relevance to the shipping address to arrive at your chosen destination without problems. As more information you are providing us, more efficient will be the shipping service. We recommend that you provide us with at least one mobile phone number and indicate the preferred schedule for delivery;

- If you want to write a message offering you may do so by filling out the field "write a message";

The WineSpiritus.com developed packaging to prevent such problems. The transport partners are also aware of the fragility of the products. However it is always possible something unexpected happens.

All products sent for purchases in WineSpiritus.com should be examined immediately at the time you receive. If you detect any humidity in the box, does not accept the order. If any defects or damage detected in the product, should return it to the shipping company in the document noting the circumstances of the devolution and explaining clearly the reason on the documentation that accompanies the product. Next you should immediately notify the WineSpiritus.com, in order to solve the instance with the shortest possible time.

Yes, we do. Although we can deliver to many countries in the world, unfortunately we can not reach all destinations. Check here if your destination is part of our list of possibilities. If your destination is not on the list, please email us for info@winespiritus.com with theintended destination. Certainly we have solution for you. Wherever you are, we will do our best to satisfy you!

 


 

 Can I send my order to someone as a gift?

Yes, at the time of placing your order, you can select the option "This order is a gift". For your convenience, we will not add the invoice together the shipped product.


 

 How to send a personalized card?

You can do this when you choose the option "This order is a gift". Write the message tosend to your family, friend or client and surprise offering a fully customized product. The postcard with your printed message accompany the product inside the box.
