This Privacy Policy governs the collection and treatment, including consent, to personal data collected or provided by users anywhere on the winespiritus.com website, as well as the exercise of their rights in relation to these data, pursuant to Regulation General for Data Protection (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016).

 


 

 Acceptance of terms

By using the services provided by WineSpiritus.com, the client acknowledges and agrees that will be applicable all the terms and conditions set out in these general terms.

 


 

 Clients

Alcoholic beverages only may be acquired by people whoin their country of residence, have the legal age to do it.

 


 

 Prices and availability

All the indicated prices  are in € (Euros) and include VAT at the legal rate. The customer has the possibility to simulate a product's value by selecting other currencies that are available. However, the purchase will always be held in  (Euros). Prices shown may be changed without notice and are always subject to unavailability. Orders will be executedin by order of arrival, and if any temporary or permanent disruption of stock of the product, the customer will be notified and suggested an alternative to other products with similar characteristics.


  

 Taxes exemption

The amount of VAT can be deducted for public or private companies with legal registration. For this, you have to send us the accepted VAT number accepted.

The description, picture, and any other product information submitted inWineSpiritus.com, may change without notice. The images that illustrate each productmay differ from the delivered product. We take no responsibility for any typographical or arithmetic error that may appear on our website.


 

 Deliveries

Orders will be delivered by specialized companies for that purpose. Generally, delivery can occur within a 24 to 72 hours to destinations in Europe and 5-7 days for the Rest of the World. There may be exceptions to which we are unaware, such as natural disasters or other factors. The delivery period starts only after settlement of the purchase amountCheck here the average time to your destination.

Deliveries in Portugal have two possibilitiesthrough the chain of more than 350 stores Pick Me by Chronopost or deliveries until 18:00 through the service Chronopost 18hIf you are not sure to be available during regular deliveries (until 18.00) you should opt for the alternative Pick Me (see here Pick Me store closest to your destinationthat , many of them, are opened at the weekend and alfer regular working hours. If you opt for the service Chronopost 18h and, after a delivery attempt, you can not receive the product within the established time deliveriesyou will be charged with a new shipping service.

For International deliveries, in the absence of persons authorized to receive the goods, the shipping company will make another attemptPersisting the absence, WineSpiritus.com will contact the customer to schedule a new delivery. If the contact problem still persists, WineSpiritus.com will send an email to the customer in order to redirect the deliveryThis whole process will aim to prevent the product back to Winespiritus.comthus avoiding delays in delivery and unnecessary freight extra charges. The customer has a period of 48 hours to respond to the e-mail with the correct address, proceeding to a new and final delivery attempt. After this period the goods are returned to the WineSpiritus.comThereafter, there will be new freight charge if the customer wants to receive your request.

 


 

 Shipping cost

The transport is optimized for cases with 3 bottles, usually associated with a discount to this quantity of a product. However we can send from 1 bottle. The amount to charge for shipping will be calculated automatically in the drafting of purchase and varies with the location of delivery and the weight of the products.

 Packaging

As delicate product it is, the WineSpiritus.com developed a special reinforced packaging specific for the transport of bottles. Developed in order to effectively protect the contents, these packages are composed of an inner box that creates an air gap between the bottle and outer carton to minimize potential impacts that may damage the product during the transport. 

This packaging is environmentally friendly.

 Payment

The client will have at its disposal, the following types of payment: Pay Pal (Visa,Mastercard, American Express, Discover ...), Bank Wire, ATM Reference, and must choose one of them, according to your preference. All orders whose confirmation of payment is not settled within 15 days will be canceled. Regarding to payment by credit card, if it is not confirmed, will be canceled the next business day.Payment by ATM Reference and by Payshop is valid only for Portugal. For more information about payments click here.

 


 Receiving the product

All products sent for purchases in WineSpiritus.com should be examined immediately at the time you receive. If you detect any humidity in the box, does not accept the order. If any defects or damage detected in the product, should return it to the shipping company in the document noting the circumstances of the devolution and explaining clearly the reason on the documentation that accompanies the product. Next you should immediately notify the WineSpiritus.com, in order to solve the instance with the shortest possible time.

 


 

 Give up of order

Orders can be canceled at no cost, from the moment it is done before sending the goods. After sending the goods, receiving the request for cancellation, this will be treated as return.

 


 Returns

If you want to return your purchase, you should immediately send an email to info@winespiritus.com. In the email you should present the reason for the return. After you will be informed about how to proceed with such return. You have within 14 days after receipt the product to make it. We will only accept the merchandise that is returned under appropriate conditions (including the original packaging). Shipping charges will be charged to the customer. The WineSpiritus.com refund only the value corresponding to the amount of merchandise. Excluded are the returns that derive from a defect of the product and, in this case, WineSpiritus.com undertakes to change immediately the product for another one with the same or similar characteristics.

 


 

 Legal impositions

The WineSpiritus.com is not responsible for the shipments made ​​to countries where the applicable law does not allow alcoholic beverages, being the customer's responsibility the confiscation of the respective order. In case of returning of the products, WineSpiritus.com refund only the value corresponding to the amount of the products, net of the transaction fees and costs associated to the return shipping. For more information contact us before ordering in info@winespiritus.com.

 


 Causes of force majeure

The WineSpiritus.com is not responsible for contractual changes and for the damages resulting from these changes, which may result from situations of force majeure, such as blocking of telecommunications, natural disasters, the blocking of carriage, strikes, as well as legislative changes or regulations, which make impossibleentirely or partially, provide the services as described in these general conditions.

 


 

 Order cancellation

The WineSpiritus.com reserves the right to cancel orders which give incorrect values ​​by computer errors, returning immediately the amounts paid by customers. The WineSpiritus.com is not responsible for any damage that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, faults or disconnections of its software, as well as in computer equipment from customers, as well as locks and overloads in web surfing, or encroachment in their data that are not its responsibility.

 


 Access locked

The WineSpiritus.com reserves the right to block access to any users who use the site WineSpiritus.com improperly or irregularly or that constitute an actual or potential menace to normal functioning of the site WineSpiritus.com or to third parties.


 

 Final clauses

In the case of one or more aspects of these Terms of Agreement be declared void, the remaining provisions shall remain applicable.
