The grapes were received at the winery on a dedicated line, undergoing total destemming and manual bunch selection, followed by individual berry sorting via an optical sorting machine. Vinification took place in *lagares* (traditional open-top vats), featuring pre-fermentation maceration and temperature control. The wine underwent partial aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Deep garnet in color, the aroma highlights notes of red fruit with a vegetal touch. On the palate, it reveals impressive volume and firm tannins balanced by freshness, leading to a persistent, fruity finish. It pairs perfectly with cheeses, spicy dishes, red meats, and game.
Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
