Vinification - Fermentation without stalks took place in stainless steel vats with temperature control, followed by a long maceration. Aging 50% of the wine ages in French oak barrels for about 1 year remaining in stainless steel

Tasting Notes - Elegance, freshness and terroir, characteristic of the region, in a blend with predominance of the most noble Dão grape variety: Touriga-Nacional. Complexity, aromatic richness and longevity.

Service temperature -16º to 18ºC

Gastronomy - Perfect to accompany meats such as lamb or lamb, as well as stewed or baked veal. It also accompanies cheeses with strong flavor.
