Fine and intense aroma, with notes of wild red fruits and spices. In the mouth it is pronounced and with good acidity, well-assembled, attractive and balanced ripe tannins.

The Producer

The Dão Region is framed by three mountain massifs - Buçaco, Caramulo and Serra da Estrela - that preserve it from the Atlantic winds and provide it with very special climatic conditions.
Our vineyards are planted between 450 and 600 meters of altitude on soils of granite origin. The climate is characterized by cold and rainy winters and hot and dry summers.
It is on an elevation next to Vila Nova de Tazém, in the Serra da Estrela sub-region, that Quintas da Pellada, Saes and Outeiro are located.
