Tasting Notes: Excellent wine with unique characteristics, prepared by traditional methods. The grapes are harvested manually and transported in small boxes of 12 kg to the cellar, where they are trodden, occurring in small fermentation vats under controlled temperature. The wine matures partly in French oak barrels for a period of 9 months. Features a red color with violet tints. Notes of fresh red fruit and some floral and spicy toasted stand in background. Good presence in the mouth without weighing a lot. Balance between fruit and wood in a cool and complex package that asks for some time to bottle.
