The grapes were received at the winery on a dedicated line, undergoing total destemming and manual bunch selection, followed by individual berry sorting via an optical selection machine. Vinification took place in *lagares* (traditional open-top vats), featuring pre-fermentation maceration and temperature control.
It displays an intense ruby color and a refined aromatic profile, with soft red fruit notes combined with fresh vegetal nuances. On the palate, it is a rounded wine with a highly balanced structure and acidity. It offers a long finish and distinct elegance.
It pairs perfectly with medium-intensity cheese appetizers, as well as with fatty fish or meat dishes. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
