The grapes of Trincadeira, Aragonese and Alicante Bouschet and Alfrocheiro were fermented in stainless steel vats of small capacity, with selected yeasts, temperature of 26ºC. The soaking time was about a month and then aged in French oak barrels. Prior to bottling, the wine passed only by a slight filtering, in order to preserve its entire structure.Intense and complex is dominated by floral notes, compote of red fruits, cassis, toasted, thin cocoa and tobacco. Fruity, soft, full-bodied, well balanced and rich in silky tannins that give it persistence.
