Tasting Notes
Very strong green color, a lot of lemon leaf in the aroma, very impactful on the nose, citrus environment. Very attractive in the mouth, with excellent acidity, good profile of fresh fruit and some vegetable also green. It looks very nice on the whole, with good harmony and soft finish.
The Producer
Quinta of Paral bet is very clear: to produce unique wines, typical of Vidigueira, in Alentejo. The grape varieties used, the production methods, the barrel aging for some wines, everything is done in order to perfectly interpret the territory where the vines are grown. Everything is done to put a little Vidigueira in the bottle that is so special.
