Tasting Notes
Golden in colour with intense amber hues, Pêra-Manca Branco 1996 reflects the complexity and elegance of a white wine with extended bottle ageing. Its aromatic profile may reveal notes of ripe fruit, baked apple, quince, honey and dried fruit, complemented by hints of spice and oak. On the palate, its evolution may be expressed through a rich, rounded texture, complex flavours and a lingering finish. The wine’s current character depends on the storage conditions of the bottle. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and temperature fluctuations. If sealed with a natural cork, the bottle should be stored horizontally.
