The M&M Gold Edition is a raw sparkling wine from the Bairrada region produced from the Bical, Maria Gomes, Cerceal and Baga varieties. It has a clear appearance and a citrus yellow color with green tones. It has a fine aroma and predominantly floral notes with a fresh flavor and a floral touch in the retronasal phase. Elegant and harmonious, it should be drunk fresh as aperitifs. Accompanies fish, meat, seafood and desserts.

The Producer

The history of the brand “M&M” Espumante takes us back to 2004, the date of its creation and placing on the market by Cave Central da Bairrada. The placing on the market was made through two varieties, in terms of sugar content: the natural white raw sparkling wine and the dry medium. The “M&M” brand was conceived and created by the charismatic and nostalgic administrator and oenologist of the company Américo Matos and Domingos Moura, in order to register and perpetuate the family names, Matos and Moura, in a high quality sparkling wine. This characteristic is guaranteed by the strictly controlled fermentation process used in the creation of sparkling wines from the Central Cave of Bairrada.
