Winemaking - Fernão Pires with an open spout in a 550 liter wooden bowl. Trencher with tanning and treading on foot in mill, after destemming and crushing. Mixing of musts on the seventh day after the white grape harvest.

Aroma - Flowering and fruity, simultaneously with red fruits and yellow pulp. Some notes of spices
Flavor - Balanced showing fresh red fruits. Good mouth structure
Gastronomy - Drink in moderation between 13 and 14ºC with regional dishes, dishes with olive oil, pasta or pasta and salads
Storage - Place protected from light and well ventilated (+/- 60% humidity). Horizontal position at about 15ºC
