Oenology Team - Vines & Wines and António Lopes Ribeiro
Winemaking - Produced from typical Dão grape varieties, cultivated in an ecological way, respecting absolutely their original terroir. After a rigorous selection of the grapes still in the vineyard, they were transported to the winery in small perforated boxes. Vinification was done by vine (mixed grape varieties). Made from sangria, the winemaking took place in a stainless steel vat with temperature control.
Tasting Notes - Very elegant wine, with a dark pink color and an intense aroma of raspberry, red apple and strawberry. It is very fresh and complex in the mouth, with a long finish.
Service Temperature - 9ºC
Gastronomy - Perfect with spicy food and exotic flavors. It also goes perfectly with a barbecue and white meat dishes.
