Evel Grande Escolha 1999 - Red Wine

Evel Grande Escolha represents the top of the range of wines from Real Vinícola and aims to establish itself among the best in the country.

Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, with a high percentage of new wood, it has an intense ruby color. Very full-bodied, in a harmony of round tannins and well-integrated wood, the tasting is characterized by flavors of black fruits. A long finish completes the pleasure of tasting this impressive wine. Being able to be enjoyed right away, the most patient will, however, be rewarded with a moment of complexity caused by the evolution in the bottle.

Served at cellar temperature, it preferably accompanies meat dishes and strong cheeses.
