Fermentation and ten months of aging in 300-liter Hungarian and French oak barrels at low temperatures.

Straw-yellow in color, it reveals floral and citrus aromas with nuances of pear and quince. On the palate, it is complex and balanced, featuring well-integrated oak notes. Fresh and smooth, with a very round, lingering finish.

Pairs perfectly with medium-intensity cheeses, seafood, fatty fish, or white meats. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
