Winemaking Team - António Lopes Ribeiro
Winemaking - The grapes come from a small vineyard between Viana do Castelo and Ponte de Lima, influenced by the proximity of the Atlantic and the Lima River, the cradle par excellence of the Loureiro variety. The soils are granitic and the vines are cultivated in organic and biodynamic agriculture, with absolute respect for their original terroir. The manual harvest took place in the first half of September. After crushing the grapes, it decanted for 48 hours. The fermentation was natural (without the addition of yeast), having passed for about 3 months in a stainless steel vat with controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes - Yellow-citrus color. It presents great aromatic purity, with notes of orange blossom, linden and apple. In the mouth it is light to fresh, with a very present acidity and a long finish, with a saline and mineral touch.
Service temperature 8º to 10ºC-
Gastronomy -Delicious as a starter, in the company of canapés or seafood. It also perfectly accompanies dishes with a strong and exotic flavor (namely oriental food, sushi, sashimi, etc.)
