Tasting Notes
Restrained aroma, light ripe floral, mineral in the background, with patina. Taste of mouth with wide body, good general acidity (above what is usual in the variety), note white pepper, again floral and some white fruit. Ends included and very serious. Super gastronomic!
The Producer
The “Lés-a-lés” project was born out of the desire of an oenologist to recover old grape varieties and almost extinct wine styles in Portugal. A dream by Jorge Rosa Santos that materializes in a collection of exclusive limited edition wines. “Lés-a-lés” represents more than 10 years of travel through Portugal, in search of passionate regions and forgotten castes. From the “Medieval of Ourém” to the “Arinto de Pedra e Lime”, passing through the “L’immigrant Sauvignon Blanc” and the “Sério de Síria”, each wine is a journey, each label a ticket to the discovery of a forgotten heritage.
