Very lively and intense color. The aroma is very complex, with notes of plum and red fruits and notes of spices (black pepper, green, cloves) with an elegant fragrance reminiscent of Mediterranean herbs of the region. Mineral and elegant finishes with smoky notes. In the mouth it is very elegant with great freshness and a very firm structure supported by velvet tannins. It is austere, with discreet fruit and very focused on minerality, has great persistence promising a long life in the bottle.
