There are only 2000 bottles of a white that matures in barrels, as the name suggests. Wood always appears superiorly integrated, giving it only the extra complexity and roundness, which elevates it to another level of "finesse". A clear example of how to use wood in order to enhance the Alvarinho grape, without marking too much. Made from the oldest vineyards on the farm. Elegant and with a contained aroma, but all in a fine register and with great depth. Fresh citrus fruit (tangerine, grapefruit), minerality, both in the nose and in the mouth, giving an enveloping body and a lemony acidity that gives it an impressive "nerve" as well as a long finish.
