In years of excellence we find special plots in our vineyards from where we collect grapes from the Petit Verdot and Aragonez varieties, which after fermentation in Alentejo marble lagares are transformed into this unique wine. Malolactic fermentation was carried out in new French oak barrels with fine grain and medium toast. The result is a striking, structured and complex wine with bottle aging potential.
