The wines produced on the farm are, depending on the year, Vinha do Fojo or Fojo. Always and exclusively from the same vineyard, an old vineyard with mixed grape varieties. These are wines of great longevity produced in a traditional way, in mills with foot treading. We work with total respect for the vineyard and its fruit, without oenological practices that manipulate the final result and take the wine away from its origin: the vineyard.
