Quinta do Serrado is located on the hillside of Penalva do Castelo, in the Dão Wine Region. The grape varieties that originated this wine are: Touriga Nacional and Jaen. This wine was vinified on the property using modern technology and aged in wood for some time. However, we recommend that this wine should be drunk at a temperature of 17ºC and should accompany good roasted red meat or a good dry cheese.

However, over a few years this wine is likely to develop deposits.
