From grapes produced in a year of exceptional quality in the best vineyards of Baixo Corgo, after vinification with intense maceration, the wine that will give rise to this Cabeça de Burro was created.

After an aging period of 12 months in wooden castiles, it rests in the bottle for about 18 months before being marketed. It should be drunk 1 hour after opening the bottle and at a temperature of 18-20ºC.
