Only the best Negra-Mole grapes are destined for this wine. These are macerated for 4 days, followed by manual reassembly for 10 days. The must ferments without moving the lees in order to preserve the most delicate primary aromas. The silky texture of the wine and the perfect integration of aromas are the result of an 8-month aging in French oak barrels, followed by a 4-month aging in the bottle.
