Epic is the version most London Dry Gins of Originall.
On the nose are noticeable juniper, citrus aromas and cardamom . Go appearing and disappearing without any predefined order even if the end is definitely dominated by the more spicy touch of cardamom. Cardamom is also the first note in the mouth and , contrary to what one would expect, the seeds of coriander and lemon peel , used in the distillation are not figurehead . And it is here that we begin to realize such a touch spicy cardamom that we noticed in the nose. Not being immediately noticeable in the smell, their presence is light on the palate.
