The red gin is produced in Valencia and has 14 ingredients, including, dill, laurel, Neveda, willow leaf, elderberry flower "herb of St. Robert, lemon grass," Lucia lime, eucalyptus leaf, rosemary, lavender, and citrus peeling green orange poppies and wild blackberries and perico, a typical product of Valencia. It can be drunk as a digestive or appetizer.
The gin and tonic served with this red gin presents "youth, freshness and elegance" in the nose. Of "red color, clean and bright", the "Red" has a long end and a fruity flavor.
