Tasting Notes

The white grapes from our vineyards undergo a long fermentation in contact with the films in stone wineries and are stepped on foot. After the addition of wine spirit, the white port ages in barrels and oak vats.

Tasting Notes: Golden color, shows a complex aroma which brings out the raisins, orange peel and dried figs yet. The palate is very fine and balanced with a superb structure.
