As with all our Ports, 30 Years Old Tawny is fermented a little longer to ensure a dry finish and we work hard to ensure the cognac is well incorporated. Growing aging in old 550l oak pipes has given this magnificent wine enormous elegance and complexity. The beautiful amber color is befitting of its age. Delicate aromas of dried fruit combine with notes of balsamic, coffee and bitter orange. Delicious and intense in the mouth, it is incredibly lush, with great extension and complexity.
