The Producer

The “Colinas de São Lourenço” project was born by the hand of Sílvio Cerveira, a renowned businessman and mayor with a strong passion for the wine world. With the aim of producing superior quality wines and reviving the Bairrada Region, once famous for good wines and which is currently going through a period of some discredit, the project was based on a family farm located in São Lourenço do Bairro, in the heart of Bairrada region that had an artisanal production of 8Ha.

Thus, in 2001, the Agricultural Society Colinas de São Lourenço was created, beginning a process of total remodeling of the existing vineyards and the acquisition of dozens of hectares that were completely replanted.
