The Producer

Tradition is no longer what it was ...! We decided to innovate and moved on to a completely different and innovative gin concept. We incorporated pheromones and for that we had the precious help of our “neighbors” ants that live in the field, next to our distillery. A very particular species that allows us to instill unique sensations in the form of a distillate. With the help of distillation techniques developed by us, we perfected the process of extracting pheromones and natural formic acid and called it Neon. To this new botanist, let's call it that, created by us, we added 13 traditional botanists and also ... the music, of course! And so a new generation and a “sensational” new concept of producing Gin are born: Neighbors 21. From Alentejo to the world… only available during the summer! (or when the ants want ...) Distilled in a traditional copper still, to the rhythm of great music.
