Tasting Notes: The first nose reveals notes of dried apricot and citrus. In the mouth the wine goes very fine and stretches in the middle of proof showing a great width with breadth and crisp mineral notes, the end is very fruity, fresh and prolonged. The wine is very elegant and fine featuring a big structure in the mouth (typical of Viognier) that balances perfectly with the acidity and intensity of this wine citrus.
Serving at: 8ºC.
We recommend with: It goes well with fatty fish, grilled or oven, as well as white meats grilled or oven, seasoned with spices. Tip - Duck Leg confit with Risotto of Wild Mushrooms.
