Medium and yellow intensity. Medium intensity, white pepper, orange peel, marmalade, hay, light honey, light dairy and wet stone. Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity (+), lime and long finish. This new reference reveals aromas characteristic of the variety, however, the partial malolactic to which it was subjected complexifies it.
