The Producer
Pedro Pimentel Pereira was born in Alcobaça in 1988. Grandson and great-grandson of winegrowers recognized at the time, he soon showed a very strong interest in wine. He continues his academic career with agricultural training at the Escola Superior Agrária in Coimbra and concludes a Post-Graduation in Oenology at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. In 2015, after acquiring professional experience on a journey in several companies in the sector and analyzing some problems and productions through specialized and personalized consultancy. Passionate about terroir and minimal intervention, this is where his creations of authentic terroir wines are born, demonstrating consistency, purity and truth in what he does and having as main focus and objective to achieve maximum excellence. Greedy for knowledge, learn and approve with some of the great masters in the middle.
