Tasting Notes: These wines are based on the traditional nature os winemaking in the Évora region. Records show that a Foral (royal decree) was bestowed in the city by D. Manuel I in 1501. The white wines are made from the Assario variety, in which youthful fruit aromas and freshness stand out.
