Red wine, made from whole tanning, in mills and trodden by men, from 4 traditional varieties of the Douro Region, in the following percentages: Tinta Barroca 30%, Tinta Roriz 30%, Tinto Cão 30%, Touriga Nacional 10%.

It ages in wood and is bottled for at least 12 months.

In order not to lose its qualities, this wine was not treated by cold, and as a result, deposits of coloring matter may be found in some bottles.
