Winemaking: Alvarinho from Quinta da Torre comes from soil of river terraces with granite origin. Bical da Quinta das Bágeiras grows in clayey soil with a strong limestone component.The musts fermented in used French oak barrels of 400 liters, in the case of Alvarinho, and 500 liters, in Bical. Both aged for 9 months in used barrels.
