Made from the oldest vineyards on the farm. Elegant and with a contained aroma, but all in a fine register and with great depth. Fresh citrus fruit (tangerine, grapefruit), minerality, both in the nose and in the mouth, giving an enveloping body and a lemony acidity that gives it an impressive "nerve" as well as a long finish. I'm completely surrendered to this wine, especially the 2015 harvest, which is here to last.
