Tasting Notes
Pale lemon colored, this Arinto has an intense and varietal aroma. Suggests citrus fruit, lemon peel and floral notes, with an emphasis on the orange blossom. It gives us an almost acidic sensation in the nose. In the mouth the attack is tense and vibrant. The firm structure and the “full” mouth wisely combine the freshness of the flavors with the natural acidity of the grape variety. The finish is long and complex, persistent and with a mineral background.
The Producer
Inaugurated on June 15, 2007, Adega Mayor is the fruit of a lasting passion of Rui Nabeiro. The love nourished by the land of Campo Maior is now returned in the form of wine, source of pleasure and a wine cellar created by the architect Siza Vieira, who now draws the landscape and destination of a legendary vineyard in the heart of the Alentejo.
