Tasting Notes
Pale color with hints of greenish hue, the nose reveals fresh fruit, namely green apple and pear, mixed with evident mineral notes and a subtle lemonade sensation, in the mouth it is a correct and slightly wine, with a taste reminiscent of more tropical and brief citrus nuances, the finish ends in a short but pleasant way.
The Producer
In the unique edapho-climatic conditions of Pico, archipelago of the Azores, Curral Atlantis annually produces 70,000 bottles of wine, including whites, reds and liqueurs, using grapes of its own production and others purchased from small producers in Pico, the island that concentrates the largest wine growing area in the Azores.
