Vinification - Produced from the Encruzado grape variety, cultivated in an ecological way, completely respecting its original terroir. After crushing the whole grapes, it decanted for 24 hours. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats for about 8 weeks at a controlled temperature. It aged for 3 months on its fine sludge, proceeding to its lifting (“battonage sur lies”).

Tasting Note - It presents a straw yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose there are aromas of mint, apricot and orange blossom. It presents a fresh, mineral and full-bodied mouth, with a fine and delicate finish.
Service Temperature - 10ºC
Gastronomy - Delicious with cheese, pasta and some Italian dishes, as well as fatty fish (cod, salmon, tuna). It also goes well with white meat dishes.
