Winemaking - The grapes come from several vineyards of about 50 years old, with granitic soils and average altitudes of 350m, located in Mouraz, Tondela municipality. The manual harvest was done in the first days of September. After crushing the whole grapes, it decanted for 24 hours. Natural fermentation took place in stainless steel vats for about 6 weeks at a controlled temperature.
Internship - Aged for several months on its fine sludge, proceeding to the survey (“batonnage sur lies”).
Tasting Note - It presents a yellow color with bright citrus reflections. On the nose it shows balsamic aromas, with notes of citrus peel, melon, pear and roses. It presents a fresh, mineral and full-bodied mouth, with a very long and refined finish.
Service Temperature - 10ºC
Gastronomy - Delicious with cheese, pasta and some Italian dishes, as well as fatty fish (cod, salmon, tuna).
