The Redoma White has a fresh, fragrant and mineral character. The aroma is austere in the notes of stone, shows complexity with slight smoky notes, citrus and floral, resembling orange blossom. The barrel is in perfect harmony. In the mouth it is slightly creamy, with a fantastic natural acidity very balanced, firm and persistent. Very rich but at the same time fresh and light, it shows a perfect balance fruit / acidity. Floral and nutty notes provide a mineral mouth finish, almost salty, very long and enveloping.
