Of castes Arinto and Chardonnay. Arinto fermented in stainless steel vats and Chardonnay in French oak barrels, staging for 4 months. Yellow color. Aroma complex by Arinto's fresh and citrine fruit, ripe fruit and smoked Chardonnay notes. Good structure and balance between the acidity and freshness of Arinto, the maturation of Chardonnay and the elegance of wood. The end of the mouth is intense and very persistent. It accompanies well fish and cod dishes with cream or Béchamel, exotic flavors such as curries and buttery cheeses.
