The Producer
Vinha Paz wines, whose name comes from the name of the producer's mother, are wines produced in the demarcated region of Dão. The vineyard is divided into an area of new vineyards with 3 hectares and one of old vineyards with approximately 7.5 hectares. The wines are produced by António Canto Moniz with grapes from the region of Leira da Tremoa and are bottled in the Casa da Carreira Alta wineries in Oliveira de Barreiros. The grape is subjected to traditional treading vineyards.
