Tasting Notes: Wonderful wine single variety. Prepared by traditional methods, the grapes are harvested manually and transported in small boxes of 12 kg to the cellar, where they are trodden, occurring in small fermentation vats under controlled temperature. The wine matures in new French oak barrels for a period of 28 months. After a perfect winemaking, where the intervention was minimal, appears the Menino António 2008. This wine is deep, complex, and mysterious, wander among the aromas of black fruit, liquorice, hints of toasted and indelible a soothing freshness. In mouth, the perfect harmony between a muscular but elegant wine, bulky but thin, austere but docile. The final very long, presents us with a bustle of energy and firmness, which is demonstrative of a wine that can be stored for many long years, since guard in perfect condition.
