Tasting Notes: Notable wine single variety. Prepared by traditional methods, the grapes are harvested manually and transported in small boxes of 12 kg to the cellar, where they aretrodden, occurring in small fermentation vats under controlled temperature. The winematures partly in French oak barrels for a period of 10 months. The Aragonês da Peceguina 2008 is a dense wine with hints of violet, a scent that highlights the red fruit and minerality involved in a toast and chocolate notes. Its appearance has a bright colorand very concentrated with a silky texture and complex aroma. The palate is intense and concentrated with robust tannins, finishing long and persistent.
