RED WINE
Region: Alentejo
Tasting Notes: Excellent choice. Prepared by traditional methods, the grapes are harvested manually and transported in small boxes of 12 kg to the cellar, where they are trodden, occurring in small fermentation vats under controlled temperature. The wine matures partly in French oak barrels for a period of 7 months. The Monte da Peceguina red is presented with a deep ruby color. On the nose, highlight the fruit clean, red and maturewithout losing freshness. In the mouth with a good structure, focused and firm tannins. The finish is long and persistent.
Serving at: 16ºC.
