The Producer
Sandra has been an oenologist at Quinta Vale D. Maria since 1999 and Quinta de Chocapalha (Quinta familiar) since 2000 and Jorge is also an oenologist at Quinta do Passadouro and other projects in the Douro. "In 2001 we decided to make a wine together, we bought an old warehouse in Vale de Mendiz, we rebuilt the wineries we chose an old vineyard in the valley of the Pinhão river. Our aim is to create wines that express the whole character of the vineyards and traditional Douro vine varieties. Wines balanced between concentration, complexity and elegance. "
