Tasting Notes: Great selection. Prepared by traditional methods, the grapes are harvested manually and transported in small boxes of 12 kg to the winery where they are trodden, occurring in the fermentation in small vats under controlled temperature. The wine it’s aged in new barrels of French oak for 17 months. The Malhadinha red wine, presents a dense and intense colour with violet. In the aroma, we can identify notes of ripe black fruit, tobacco leaf, with hints of spices. In the mouth, it’s sober, with input bulky and very well structured, with firm tannins, noting the barrel, with a long and seductive final.
